Medical photos and records are private, and we treat them that way. This notice explains what we collect when you call, message or visit us, why, and what you can ask us to do.

What we collect
When you call or message us on WhatsApp we see your number and whatever you choose to tell us or send, such as photos of the stump, surgery papers and your questions. At the clinic we keep clinical notes, measurements and photos needed to make and adjust your limb.
This website has no forms. It does not ask you to type in personal details.
Why we use it
To answer your questions, assess you, make and fit your limb, follow up, and prepare written estimates. If a charity or employer is helping with the cost and you ask us to, we share an estimate with them.
Photos
Photos you send or that we take are used only for your care. They are never shown on this website or on social media without your written permission.
Who sees it
Our clinic team. We do not sell or rent your information. We share it with your doctor or others only when you ask us to, or when the law requires it.
This website
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and the clinic map loads from Google Maps only when you choose to show it; those services may receive your IP address. This website does not use advertising cookies. Links to WhatsApp open the WhatsApp app or website, which has its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Clinical records are kept for as long as needed for your ongoing care and for our records. You can ask us to delete photos or messages that are no longer needed.
