Ummad carries out every assessment at the clinic, takes the casts, fits the test sockets and finished limbs, and sees patients at their follow-ups. He fits legs at every level, arms and hands, and orthoses such as braces.

Is Ummad a doctor?
No. He is a prosthetist and orthotist, trained to design, make and fit artificial limbs and braces. He works alongside your surgeon and doctor.
Where did he train?
He holds a BS (Hons) in Prosthetic and Orthotic Sciences from the Pakistan Institute of Prosthetic and Orthotic Sciences, Khyber Medical University.
Will he see me at every visit?
Yes. The same prosthetist sees you from the assessment to the follow-ups.
